aerieljn.com is the website of AerielJN (Aeriel), a Filipino streamer and content creator. It was built by Raf, who also takes development inquiries through it. When this page says "we", it means Aeriel and her team for brand inquiries, and Raf for development inquiries.

Only what you choose to send us:

• Brand inquiries (the form on the door): your name, company, email, campaign type, and message. These go to Aeriel and her team.
• Development inquiries (the form on the window): your name, email, and message. These go to Raf only.

The site doesn't keep a database of these. Each message is sent as an email and kept in the recipients' inboxes.

The site remembers a few settings in your browser's session storage: the room mood, whether sound is on, and whether you've seen the intro. They stay in your browser, are never sent to us, and are cleared when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

To read your message, reply to you, and talk about the work you asked about. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

• Resend delivers the form messages as email.
• Railway hosts the site. Like any web host, it may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and running the service.
• TikTok: clip thumbnails load from TikTok's servers, and pressing play on a clip loads TikTok's player, which may set its own cookies. That is covered by TikTok's privacy policy.
• Links to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, and LinkedIn take you to those sites, which have their own policies.

For as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see, correct, or delete what you sent us, object to how it's used, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To make a request, reply to any email you received from us, or send a message through the form you used before.

The forms are for brands, event organizers, and clients. Please don't use them to send personal details about children.
